Epimedium (Epimedium grandiflorum), better known as horny goat weed, is a leafy botanical central to traditional Chinese practice for centuries, long tied to sexual energy and endurance in both men and women.

The common name comes from an old herder's tale about goats grazing the leaves, but the plant's standing in traditional Chinese practice is serious and centuries deep, where the leaf is known as yin yang huo.
