Ferments
Fermented foods are made by microbes transforming a base ingredient into something new, with compounds the original never had. Bread, yogurt, kefir, and vinegar all come from fermentation, and people have built daily gut health routines around fermented foods for thousands of years.
Apple cider vinegar opens this group: apples fermented twice, first into cider, then into a vinegar rich in acetic acid. It is one of the few traditional ferments whose active compound can be standardized and measured, which is exactly what our precision dosing pins down.
Quality in a fermented supplement comes down to the culture, the base ingredient, and the finishing. We specify all three, and every batch is third-party tested for identity, potency, and contaminants before it ships.
Today the group powers ACV Gut Gummies in the Gut Health collection, built on apple cider vinegar. Meet every active type on the actives page.

Why give ferments their own group?
Fermented ingredients like apple cider vinegar are made by a process rather than grown as a plant or isolated as a vitamin. The culture, the base food, and the standardization decide what ends up in the supplement, so we group ferments together and judge each one by how it is made and measured.
What standardizes apple cider vinegar?
Acetic acid, the compound that gives vinegar its bite. Supplement-grade apple cider vinegar is standardized to its acetic acid content, and that number is what our precision dosing pins down, so every ACV gummy carries the same measured amount.
Will more fermented supplements be added?
We are evaluating other fermented ingredients for future gut health products. Any new ferment will follow the same standard as apple cider vinegar: a named source, a standardized active compound, and third-party testing on every batch.
